Why Get Grounded?

The principle of grounding serves as an internal anchor. It challenges prescribed ideas around ‘what to be and how to be it’, and helps us access and consider what life can look and feel like by our own definition.

As we emerge into a new world, many of us are finding that the old ways of daily life feel uncomfortable and outdated but our participation is frustratingly habitual. The structures that once provided a sense of normalcy, security, and comfort don’t quite sit right anymore.

Things are shifting and the newness of this shift can feel wobbly, scattered, bumpy, untethered, isolating and complex. It’s unfamiliar territory for most of us.

When we learn how to get grounded, we feel empowered.

I believe that this work is best supported and sustained through experiential learning and holistic guidance which are the foundation of my approach.
